Redouane Kachach is a Software Architect on the Ceph orchestration team at IBM, contributing primarily to cephadm core development. With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, Redouane specializes in the design and implementation of distributed systems at scale. Before joining IBM, he worked at Red Hat and previously held engineering roles at Motorola, Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia Bell Labs.
