You’ve built an amazing new feature for your Ceph use case and want to share it with the world. Now what? You make a pull request! Learn how to prepare and present your new work effectively and successfully within the Ceph community, and understand what you can expect from other contributors who are reviewing it. 
Conversely, you are asked to review a PR, and maybe it needs work. How do you share feedback in a way that it’s heard and handled? Which feedback is worth sharing at which stage of the process? And what are you promising to everybody else when you provide that “Reviewed-by” tag? This talk is for anybody who writes or reviews code (or wants to!) in the Ceph project.
